New bus route Montenegro to Albania
As of 28 of April we have a new route between Herceg Novi in Montenegro and Elbasan in Albania, the route operates on daily basis, except for on some public holidays.
When travelling from Montenegro towards Albania, the bus can be boarded in the following cities Herceg Novi, Kotor, Budva, Podgorica.

Your information is incorrect. There is another bus line starting daily from kotor at 8.00 going the sam route like this one, company is old town travel.

The blog post was about a specific new bus routes, the 8 a.m departure from Kotor (Old Town Travel) is also available on Getbybus if you search for bus between e.g. Kotor and Tirana.

Can anyone please tell me is it hard to get buses from greece into albania then albania to Montainéagró and then to dubrovnik in Croatia?
