The trip was clean, and we arrived on time. The first half of this trip was fairly decent. The driver was playing the radio very loudly, but other than that, it was pretty comfortable up until the border crossing.
After crossing the border from Montenegro to Albania, the driver pulled over into a parking lot and suddenly asked us to "switch bus, sorry." This new vehicle was not a bus, but rather a small, cramped passenger van. The new driver proceeded to operate the "bus" like a taxi service, picking up and dropping off random passengers without notice (and not charging them). He also smoked nearly a full pack of cigarettes inside the vehicle during the trip, despite the very large and obvious "no smoking" sign.

Bus left Kotor on time Driver was friendly and drove carefully and safely He made plenty of stops to use toilet or have a quick coffee
Small bus - would’ve great if it was a bigger, more comfortable bus but this would not stop me from doing this journey again
