Bus driver didn't have papers to cross to Albania, he said he forgot them. We were stuck in the border for about an hour. After all the trouble, they put us in a improvised taxi that wasn't going to Tirana, so he left us in a small city to take another bus. In top of everything, that bus didn't leave us at the bus terminal where we were supposed to be, so we were lost. Everything was unbelievably irregular, uncomfortable, annoying and we arrived extremely late to a meeting for getting our keys. Worst trip I had so far in any bus company. And, even worse, we paid 8 euros extra for our luggage before starting the trip, if I knew what was about to happen, I wouldn't pay a dime.
