I booked my tickets online so I would be prepared and the journey would be stress-free. On arrival I was told I had to queue to reserve my seat and pay for this!!! So I did. We got seat numbers then. Then getting on the bus we'd to pay for each bag!!! More costs. Then one the bus there were no seat numbers so the extra cost of "reserving the seat" is a money making scam. I could not believe it. Worst customer service also as nobody could explain to me why I'd to queue to pay to reserve seats ontop of already paying online. After an amazing trip in Croatia, this was awful customer experience by Croatia bus staff and the staff in the Zadar bus station.

The bus arrived promptly (within 5 minutes of scheduled time). We bought the tickets online months before our trip and everything went smoothly.
The bus stopped at a road side restaurant for quite a long time. This made us 30 minutes late arriving in Zadar.
