Wifi for parts of it but was patchy. Didn't have any for the Albanian leg of the trip.
Stops didn't really have any good cafes or restaurants. Need to also give more time for a toilet break. One passenger took a lot of time at each of the border crossings-added an hour to the overall journey. Broken seat beside me. Didn't tell us that we would be changing in Budva despite Kotor been written on the ticket-had to scramble to get my things very quickly. No heads up given. Lack of announcements.

Bus was on time and drivers were pretty conscientious. Helpful when being asked a question
Divers could show more pride in their bus. Windows were quite dirty and made seeing the beautiful scenery more difficult. Start using tickets on your smart phone. Driver even asked for it!

Overall the trip was good, I rode from Tirana, Albania thru Montenegro to Dubrovnik, Croatia. This involved three different buses, all of which were in pretty good condition. The drivers stopped occasionally at rest stops to let passengers get food/drink or use the bathroom. The border crossings were as efficient as they could be. Switching buses was easy if a bit confusing - it's unclear ahead of time if/where you will be switching, but the drivers are pretty good about getting the right passengers off the bus and to the next one.
One of the buses had a bathroom but it didn't work. The driver I had for most of Montenegro was a bit gruff - he rather rudely moved two French women from two of the front seats to the back and then he stopped on the side of the road to pick up what I believe were his wife and child who boarded and sat there instead.
