Pulkovo Airport (LED), once known as Fyodor Dostoyevsky International Airport, is an international airport serving Saint Petersburg. It is located some 20 km south of Saint Petersburg. In 2018 the airport handled over 18 million passengers, making it the fourth largest airport in Russia.

Public bus
You can easily reach Saint Petersburg via public transportation. There are two bus lines that connect Pulkovo Airport to the Moskovskaya metro station in Saint Petersburg.
- Bus line 39Ex runs every 25-30 minutes between 05:25 and 00:20 , journey lasts around 15 minutes and the price is around 40 Russian rubles (1₽ ~0.012€)
- Bus line 39 runs every 15 minutes between 05:30 and 01:30, journey lasts around 35 minutes and the price is around 40₽ (~0.5€)
NOTE: Tickets are purchased directly from the bus driver upon entering the bus. There are no night buses, if you miss the last bus you will need to take a taxi or private transfer to Saint Petersburg.
