Bern Airport, also known as Bern-Belp Airport, is the airport of the capital of Switzerland. It is located in Belp, approximately 10 kilometers (~6 miles) away from Bern. The airport features flights to some European metropolitan and several leisure destinations and serves as a hub for SkyWork Airlines and Helvetic Airways. In 2016 it handled 183,391 passengers and thanks to its compact size, only a short time is needed for arrivals and departures. There are several options for travelling to and from the airport.

Airport Shuttle

Public Transport
Bern has a good connection of public transport when it comes to airport transfer, and it includes buses and trains.
- Bus: Since you can reach the capital by public transport, Airport Bus (number 334) takes passengers to the Belp train station where they can continue by taking an S-Bahn to Bern main station. - Train: Take the S-Bahn (S 3) which travels between Belp and Bern every 15 minutes. The journey will take you around 15-20 minutes.
