Web Designer

We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in designing and enhancing our websites to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging online experiences for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into captivating designs that align with our brand identity and drive user engagement.

🎯 Your mission

● Collaborate with multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Development team)
● Create compelling visual assets, including banners, graphics, and promotional materials.
● Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints, maintaining visual integrity and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Contribute to establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
● Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with our company branding
● Working with content management systems
● Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques

🤹 What you will bring

● Experienced in dealing with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
● Experience in HTML, CSS, JS, etc
● Portfolio with independent and innovative projects as proof of a strong understanding of the UI/ UX process and your design skills
● A strong eye for visual composition and a very good feeling for colors and typography
● Motivated to develop ideas and concepts independently
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
● Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Cross-platform mobile/web design experience

⭐It’s great if you also have:

● WordPress experience
● Degree in Visual communications, Graphic design, or related field preferred
● Familiarity with front-end development languages and frameworks is a plus.
