Agadir Airport Bus

Agadir Al-Massira Airport (AGA) is the third busiest airport in Morocco, located just 25 km from the city center of the town Agadir.

Every year, the airport welcomes almost two million passengers, offering them transportation with airlines such as Lufthansa, TUIfly and even low-cost airlines like Ryanair and easyJet.

How to get from Agadir Airport to Agadir

Public Transport 

On the main road, just a short walk from the airport, you can find bus number 37 that will bring you to the town of Inezgane for just 5,50 dirham (or approximately €0,50). The bus runs usually every 45 minutes.

There aren’t any direct connections between the airport and the town of Agadir but in Inezgane you can find bus line 98 which will bring you to Port de Commerce, the city’s commercial port located on the north-west side of the town center, for just 3,50 dirham. This bus connection runs every 10 – 30 minutes.

Taxi

If you prefer a comfortable ride over a crowded public transport, we recommend taking a taxi. You can find the taxis just in front of the arrivals hall and get to the center of Agadir for a fixed price of 200 dirhams, which is a little less than €19.

Transfer

If you are not a fan of public transport and are hesitant to take a taxi, we recommend you to book a private transfer online which will wait for you at the airport and take you to your destination. You can even pre-order a child safety seat in case you are travelling with children.

Renting a car at Agadir Airport

If you prefer to explore the city on your own terms the best way to do that is to rent a car. Offices of several car rental companies such as Avis, First Driver Car hire, diRENT, Sixt and Hertz are located in the Arrivals Hall.

I arrive late at the airport. Will it be a problem for me to get to the city?

Unfortunately, there aren’t any buses that run during the night from the airport to the city of Agadir, but you always have taxis at your disposal. The above-mentioned taxi fare is the same during the night as during the day.

Can I exchange money at the airport?

Yes, there is a Currency Exchange office as well as an ATM on the airport grounds.

I am continuing my journey outside Agadir. Are there any direct lines to other destinations?

The airport has no direct connections with other cities in Morocco. Your best option is to go to the Agadir bus station and check your further options there.

Does Agadir Airport have storage lockers?

The airport doesn’t have any luggage storage rooms.

Is there a free WiFi service available at Agadir Airport?

No, they don’t provide free WiFi service but for a small fee, you can gain access to the network.

    Just for your information, there is free WiFi in the airport in Agadir I always use it when I arrive. And you can get a free sim card inside the terminal from some nice girls. You need to put money on the number before you can use it.

    Hey,

    there is a direct bus from the airport to the city centre. It’s aptly named “Airport Shuttle” and departs from the roundabout. The bus goes every hour on the hour and the fare is 50DH one way, 80DH return.
