Carriel Sur International Airport is an airport in Talcahuano, serving the town of Concepcion in southern Chile. Although it primarily operates domestic flights, the expansion that was finished in 2020 brought more international traffic. 

Carriel Sur Airport is among the largest in Chile, and in 2021 it was the 5th busiest airport in the country.

There are no shuttle bus services provided at the airport. However, the airport is connected with the city by public transport. 

Taxi 

Some travellers prefer comfortable taxi rides over getting to their destination via public transport.

As of now, there are only three airlines that operate at CCP. Those airlines are LATAM, Sky Airlines and JetSmart. 

The airlines primarily provide mainly domestic flights with departures and arrivals from Santiago de Chile, Calama, Iquique and Punta Arenas. 

International flights mostly operate to Lima in Peru.
