Bradley International Airport is the busiest Connecticut airport, and second busiest in the New England Region. Airport is located in the city of Windsor Locks, about 2.5 km west of downtown. Southwest, Delta, jetBlue and American are the largest airlines operating at the airport. Airport serves mostly domestic routes, therefore Orlando, Atlanta and Charlotte are the most connected cities. Getting to Windsor Locks is possible using several transport options. However, public buses by CTTRANSIT and trains by Amtrak and Hartford Line are the most common options. Other ways include getting a taxi, limousine, shuttle or a car rental.
