Bus company reviews
We are happy to announce that travelers now are able to review the quality of the service provided by the bus companies available on GetByBus. After traveling passengers, who bought a ticket on GetByBus, will receive an e-mail with a link, where they can rate the quality of their bus trip.

Q: Can everybody review the bus company?
A: No, reviews can only be done by passengers who bought a ticket online at GetByBus, in that way we ensure that reviews are done by real passengers.
Q: Which companies can be reviewed?
A: Reviews can be done of bus companies selling tickets on GetByBus.
Q: How many reviews can I leave?
A: Passenger can leave one review per trip, so if you buy tickets for multiple trips, you will be able to rate each trip.
Q: Which companies can currently be reviewed?
A: You can see a list of companies here; if you click on the “See more” next to the company name in the list you can read all reviews for the specific company, here are some examples: Reviews Autotrans, Reviews Croatia bus, Reviews Prijevoz Knezevic, Reviews Cazmatrans.
Q: Why should I leave a review?
A: Reviews are important information for other travelers when deciding which operator to travel with; also the bus companies make use of the reviews to improve their service.
Q: Should I use reviews to leave a complaint
A: You may, but to receive an answer, the best way to file a complaint, is to send an E-mail to the bus companies official E-mail address.

I could tell her kindness was guinuine. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, but i found it with her. Thank you, Kristina.
Getbybus made it so easy to pre-arrange travel in Croatia and all services booked were excellent. When one of the services was cancelled we were given plenty of notice for alternative options and a full refund of the original booking
