bus left on time, was comfortable and air-conditioned driver and conductor were courteous
When I initially booked a trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik, a couple of weeks earlier, there were only two choices: a bus at 7 a.m. and one at 5:30 p.m. I reluctantly took the 5:30 p.m. In Mostar, I went online again and saw that there was a 12:30 p.m. bus, so I took that. No refund/exchange was offered, so I paid twice. I would like a refund. Sandra New York City

Everything went as scheduled, very smoothly. The bus company were professional and when you put your bag on , you get a ticket for it. the bus was clean, there was plenty of space and it was not crowded. The windows are large and you can really enjoy the view and scenery on this trip. There was a stop at a cafe which was very nice.
The bus station is shabby and a bit run down, litter bins overflowing and a beggar hanging around but it did not feel unsafe in the daytime. The city could do with cleaning this up to improve the amenity of the place. Border controls are rather tedious but unavoidable.
