Stuff was friendly.
Ticked needs to be printed out physically. This is extremely clumsy to do when you are travelling. I do not understand why can't passenger just show the ticket on telephone. The driver/conductor could see all the information there, also QR code could be scanned from there (but the company didn't have the technology for this). As I had no possibility to print out the ticked, I came only with digital version. Bus driver was friendly and despite some complications and a lot of talking we did succeed to arrange that the ticket was valid in the end - but still the complications could be obsolete in my opinion.
