Delay half hour. Long waiting for bus

But was comfortable...30min waiting time for a bus. Delayed in both directions of the travel. No information about the delay and when bus will arrive (an sms or email would be good - so that I know that bus is on the way.)

30 minutes late and I had to sit on the floor because they allowed too many people on board

...they allowed people to board without tickets. I bought a ticket 2 days in advance but when I got on board the conductor told me there were no seats and I had to sit on the stairs by the rear exit. This is unsafe and probably also illegal.

...No-one was sitting in the right seat when we boarded. I then had to stand for the first 10 minutes (felt very unsafe) until the ticket guy finally gave up his seat behind the driver and sat by the steps. He only did this because a local told him to. Badly organised.
