Very clean and spacious seats.

We had a safe trip but comparing other companies it is not a good value for your money. And attention to the departure hour, because in our case the bus started the departure 10 minutes before!

Prilikomm ulaska na relaciji Osijek - Novi Sad vozač je zbunjeno gledao u isprintane on-line karte ali nas je pustio u autobus. Međutim u povratku nas vozač nije pustio u autobus jer po njegovim rijećima nismo imali rezervaciju, iako smo mu ukazivali da na kartama piše da je sjedalo uključeno ali nije specificirano koji broj sjedala. Vozač nas je izbacio iz autobusa i rekao kako će nas pustiti u slučaju da u autobusu ostane mjesta nakon što svi sa rezervacijama sjednu. Na našu sreću ostala su taman četiri mjesta, koja su pretpostavljam bila naša. Nekolicina ljudi je ostala stajati vani, pretpostavljam da bismo tako i mi završili da nismo konstantno inzistirali na ulasku u autobus i objašnjavanju vozaču što riječi "seat included" znače. Ne smatramo krivim vozača, već sustav prodaje karata na kojima ne piše broj sjedala i nadređene koji su ga trebali upoznati sa istim tim sustavom. Krajnje smo razočarani činjenisom da smo skoro ostali u drugoj državi tuđom pogreškom i neznanjem.

Na internetu pise da mogu koristiti mobilnu kartu tj da ne moram printati kartu, a na ulazu u autobus me vozac uvjeravao da trebam isprintati kartu jer on ne moze skenirati takav kod. Skoro me nije pustio s mobilno kartom

The Bus left on time from Split. Comfortable seats and space between the seats .

No WIFI , the driver made too many stops to buy things . The bus was late by 45mnts when we reached the destination. The bus driver charges 7 kuna's for every bag you check in.

Čazmatrans Promet d.o.o is a subsidiary of Čazmatrans Nova d.o.o. The company is based in Čazma not far from Zagreb. The main activity of the company is operating regional buses in the in between towns like Čazma, Vukovar, Bjelovar and many other smaller towns in the Area. The Čazmatrans group is among the largest bus operators in Croatia, with a fleet of almost 500 buses.

In addition to handling regional bus traffic, Čazmatrans promet d.o.o also operates several long distance buses within Croatia as well as international routes to Belgrad, Vienna, Germany. The most popular route is the one between Zagreb and Belgrade, which has several daily departures. 

The Čazmatans group also include a travel agency (Čazmatrans d.o.o) offering organised single and multi day trips mainly to destinations within Croatia.
