Inappropriate and rude

The ride was okay....The driver was rude, angry and not approachable. He barely spoke English, was reluctant to answer any inquiries and they were more than half an hour late at the bus station in Split. I don't understand Croatian well, but I did understand, he was calling me offensive things, when he thought I didn't understand. I know what "order" means in Croatian. I find this offensive and most inappropriate!
