Trip reviews from Nis to Budva

Not assigned seats can be a real issue when traveling overnight from Nis

Considering the circumstances and the fact that we couldn’t really talk to each other (the drivers didn’t speak any English and we couldn’t speak Serbian) they did their best to accommodate us and tried to help out. The bus arrived on time in Budva....The drivers were not familiar with the getbybus tickets. They didn’t understand whether we’d already paid or not and how come we didn’t get assigned seat numbers. We had to move around constantly as more people with reserved seats got on the bus. Some time after midnight the bus was packed and they had run out of seats for us, my partner had to sit on the steps. That was far from ideal, especially on an overnight trip.
