“Smooth Trip”

The bus left on time and the drivers were professional and safe. |
1. I wish the bus line had told us ahead of time that there would be two extra fees after we bought the original tickets. (picking the ticket up and again for putting your backpack on the bus.) 2. The two stops were a bit long (45 minutes and 1 hour). They could have been 1/2 of that. |

The cost |
The driver was very rude., shouting and laughing at me because I didn't understand what he was saying to me. Then he got the rest of the bus to laugh at me too! The bus was 90 minutes late. It was a night bus, and the bus was so full with people, bags and packages, that there was no room to put my bags, or stretch out, and I could not sleep. I was so tired by the end of the journey, especially worse because it was 90 minutes late - supposed to be 8.5 hours, but was 10 hours |
