Value for money
I like that the bus was fairly clean. There were plugs to charge my camera and use my laptop. In addition, there were USB chargers for my phone and tablet. Controlled temperature was okay. QR code scanners used by the driver made boarding smooth. Thanks for not requiring any printing tickets. We are in 21 century and this is how it should be.
I was asked to pay 10 Croatian currency for my luggage. That's unexpected. It should be included in the ticket or at least, it should be an online option to pay for it. I didn't have any local currency at the moment. It's inconvenient. Wifi didn't work. No toilet. No stops to at least buy drinking water. Driving was uncomfortable, speeding up, slowing down at quick and short intervals.
