Reviews from Osijek to Lugano

Value for money
It was the very first time i was going whit bus (croatia travel) I have to say that your personel on 11.8 was not very kind . But the one s on return from zagreb whit bus arriving at Lugano at around 03.00 in the morning Was very unfriendly No manners whit guests , i have seen the one , answering to a young lady asking him if in the toilet on bus have some paper : no paper " fuck paper" And when we asking something like when we stop and for how much time , he answered in bad manner. So my question is It is possible that you have for international travel , personnel that not speak a second language ? Only croat and not now how work whit guest in the bus whit kindness? I was feeling disapointed for the other guest on the bus . Regards Philip Bertossa Switzerland
