Value for money
Comfortable ride
Don't travel with them if you don't speak Croatian. The location is easy to find, you can buy the tickets from the website or English speaking staff and you can pay by card at the office or on the web, BUT the bus drivers only speak Croatian and they don't help you, they don't care if you can't go with them.
Don't travel with them if you don't speak Croatian. This wouldn't be a problem if everything is ok, but our 1st bus driver took our tickets and made even our return ticket useless, because he scanned it. We had to buy one of our tickets once again and he didn't stop at our stop we went 2 more stops (luckily only about 25 min walk...). None of the drivers spoke English or German that most of the places speak at least a tiny bit, but the drivers didn't even try to speak anything else than Croatian and they coordinate everything after you have purchased the tickets. They decide how much it will cost that you have a package and the first driver didn't put the sticker on our package just took the money. The bus drivers don't help you and they don't care if you can't go with them even if you purchased the ticket for that specific bus in that time and there are your free seats on the bus, maybe they even try to intentionally get more money out of you :( not recommended!
