Comfy bus, good aircon, decent wi-fi (til we crossed border)...Wi-fi only worked for the Croatia part of the journey. Stopped working when we crossed the border. €1 to put bag in the hold. Thought 1 bag would be included as standard. It was a backpack that would've for in the overhead, but still had to go get change to pay!

Good but be aware of the extra fee for luggage

The ride was relatively comfortable and affordable....We were asked to pay 15kuna each for the luggage. The website mentions that the cost of luggage should be between 5 to 10. A standardized pricing for the luggage would be a great addition.

The worst bus ride I’ve ever had

That we finally arrived… 7+ hours after schedule, due to the bus breaking down on highway and not getting a replacement bus....The bus arrived to Dubrovnik station, without explanation, nearly an hour late and was oversold. The brakes failed 40 minutes outside of Dubrovnik and we were literally sitting on the highway waiting for a replacement bus for nearly 6.5 hours. The driver and his crew did not speak English, which is fine, but the passengers who were able to translate said initially the new bus would come in 2 hours, and then, there was only this information: “we hope a new bus is coming.” When the replacement bus finally arrived, around 11pm, the driver(s) (understandably) needed to stop for coffee and food and clearly took some wrong turns, needing to back track, delaying us even more. I cannot believe that with a full bus of passengers on a hot summer day the company did absolutely nothing to communicate a plan or provide alternative transport. And, they are refusing a refund.
