“Worst bus ride ever”

I bought a ticket from Burgas, Bulgaria, to Budapest, Hungary traveling on the 18 of September approximately for 63 Euros. Service was the worst I have ever seen. First of all the ticket said "Changes: 0" which means that the passengers is not supposed to change the bus at any time. We had to change buses like 3 or 4 times. When changing buses in Sofia, one of the staff members (in the picture attached) expelled me from the bus because my passport was Colombian and according to him I needed a visa for Serbia, which was not true. I insistently tried to explain to him I did not need a visa but he did not care and was very aggressive. The bus departed and I was left behind without anybody who could help me, so i had to put money on my Skype account ($5 USD) and called +359 2 8120810 where I was able to reach, Buridar Stabinov, apparently one of the managers of Karat. I got him double check my visa requirements for Serbia, and he admitted I was right, so he put me in a different bus from Sofia to the border so I could catch up the original bus. I had to run and finally got in the same bus I originally was. The staff even did not apologize. I had to cross the border on foot and because of that police treated me like a terrorist or something. the arrival time was 19:15, we arrived at 23:00. The buses were dirty, no chargers for the cellphone, some of the crew members were very rude.

Nothing. In rural Albania bus services are better.
A journey from hell. No toilets so bus stops avery few hours for cigarettes/toilet breaks in filthy roadside stops. Drivers are constantly talking on their mobiles while driving, smoke in the bus and are loud , rude and using inapropriate languge comments towards passengers. They also stop in un advertised locations to pick cash paying passengers after recieving calls. AirCon not working so freezing cold. No wi-fi or any functioning equipment. Despite spending extra for their "business class" front seats that is where their drivers sleep and recline themselves to consume smelly food and snore. They in fact laugh at the people who had paid extra and call their own company stupid. We have never expirienced more unprofessional behavior .
