| Start mit ca. 1 Stunde Verspätung. Keine Informationen. Bus in schlechten Zustand. Blinker und sonstige Teile mir Klebeband und Kabelbinder befestigt. Seitenscheiben eingetrübt und teils verschimmelt. Sitzbezüge teils zerrissen. Lüftungsdüsen teils mit Papier abgedichtet. Alles mit Kaugummis verpappt usw. Weiterer technischer Zustand fragwürdig. |

| The bus was late in arriving at Shumen to pick us up! We were scheduled to leave Shumen at 12:00. We left at 12:20. The journey was very slow and hot with NO air conditioning on and what seemed to be endless stops. The bus driver was smoking during the journey as he was driving - as this was a small bus, the smell was very strong and the smoke started to affect our eyes! The driver had a co-driver with him. We were due to arrive in Sofia at 17:50 - our actual time of arrival was 16:40! We will be looking to travel with another bus company in future and we will NOT use Union Ivkoni! |

| Air conditioning - the bus was cool until just over halfway through the journey. |
| The bus soon got very warm and the seats felt very crammed in. Not enough room to be comfortable. |

| Despite having an onboard bus, which by the drivers admission is working, I wasn’t allowed to use it! I had to pee by time the bus arrived, an hour later than it was scheduled, but said driver was rude about it and insisted I go pee outside. I’m sorry, but I’m not a dog! |
