It was easy to find the bus and it was on time. The driver was helpful and the bus was comfortable and had wifi
I don't think it was clear (maybe it was me not reading stuff clearly), but I didn't realise it was only valid for an Arriva bus on that route & that the Arriva buses whilst easily identifiable are not the only company on that journey. On my onward journey, the Arriva liveried bus hadn't arrived 35 mins after it's due time, but when a bus came along to the same place I got on, thinking this was the bus. The driver accepted my ticket but then dropped me at the next town - I then had to wait 3 hours for the next Arriva bus to my destination. It may be an idea to have a picture of the bus logo.
