Told at door we could not board bus

...Denied entry onto bus as we are told at the door only EU Covid Passes are allowed. Our Singapore certified Vaccination Certificates along with passports that were accepted by the airport and by Germany national requirements are curiously not allowed by Blablacar. Bus driver was following instructions from company so I don't blame him, but the management has to answer for terribly poor communication and understanding of national covid requirements. Plus, we were not informed of this requirement anywhere on the website and could not prepare for the covid pass beforehand. Had to book a train instead that cost us 3times the price. Never taking Blablacar again.
