“Typical small bus.”

For a smaller bus, it was a good ride. The driver was a safe driver and I felt comfortable and relaxed. The bus was clean with no trash on the floor, etc... I can recommend this bus company. |
The seats either did not recline or they were broken and did not stay up. There was very little leg room and being a tall person, my knees hit the seat in front of me. The air vents didn't work very well and the direction of the air flow could not be adjusted. They need to do some repairs. |

When we stopped at Podgorica we had ten minutes comfort break so I went to use the facilities which were on the other side of the barrier from the bus parking spaces. When I tried to go back through the barrier I was told I needed a printed ticket. Your website had advised for that journey that I only needed to show the QR code. I tried explaining but they were adamant. They even suggested I go to find a hotel or shop with a printer! Luckily another passenger was in the same situation and we just had to push past the barrier. Not a good experience when you are only half way through the journey and your luggage is still on the bus! Please do not advise passengers to show the QR code. ALWAYS advise them to print their tickets, whatever route they are going on |

Helpful driver, clear information |
Long wait at border-.. Also I would have liked to have information about stops in the beginning of the journey - like: the bus stops after 2 hours for 20 min and next time at the border. |
