Second bus driver was nice (Dubrovnik to Zagreb)
The conductor at the bus stop did not tell us when the bus was leaving even though we asked him to as we could not hear. As a result we missed the bus and we had to get the ferry to meet it. When we met the bus we got screamed at by the driver (kotor to Dubrovnik) and it was honestly terrifying. We were scared he would hit us. The second bus we got on (dub to Zagreb) was better but not clean at all and the air con was blasting so we were freezing all night. The driver also sped a lot which was scary. I will never travel with Croatia bus again.

It was delayed by 2 hours but we arrived earlier than the schedule by 10 mins.
First, our ticket was originally for 18:00 which later when I checked online the day before we had to get on the bus, it had been delayed by 50 mins. The company did not email us to notify us... so we had to wake up early in the morning to go to the bus station and ask what time our bus was at, the lady at the ticket told us it wasn't changed but someone else said it was. We did not know who to believe. So we came early anyways to make sure with our own eyes. The bus came even later than the delayed time by another 40 mins. We got on the bus and got to Dubrovnik when later we had to get on a small shuttle bus that dropped us off on the highway to transfer to another bus that took us from whatever highway we were at to Zagreb. When purchasing the ticket, it did not mention that we had to transfer from a bus to a shuttle to another bus... It was quiet inconvenient for our trip.

- Some bus drivers helped me with my bags and let me know I had reached Zagreb.
- One of the drivers did not state in English that I had to change bus to get to Zagreb. I missed the connection although he did realise it and rectified the situation eventually.
