...The bus driver forgot our stop and then didn‘t let us get off the bus for a while. We had to walk along the highway with our luggage for 30 minutes. He didn‘t apologize either and laughed.
The sockets didn’t work either.

Nice bus, beautiful drive, RUDE RUDE RUDE driver
There isn't enough space in your comment boxes, so I am including the good and the bad in both boxes.
We showed up for the bus from Dubrovnik to Drvenik at 954am (6 minutes prior to the scheduled departure). We tried to arrive earlier, but we are traveling with a baby and our connecting bus from Old Town was delayed. Upon arrival, the bus doors were closed and there was no driver. We waited outside the bus door until 957am when the driver showed up. He opened the bus door and he was visibly upset; he started yelling at us: “Where have you been?!” We explained. He was VERY upset, called my son a liar, and shoved me out of the way as he went around the bus to stow the luggage. When we got to the other side of the bus, he literally THREW our bags into the storage area. There were other people who showed up AFTER US, and they were also treated extremely poorly....Even though we arrived at the bus station BEFORE our departure time, we should have arrived earlier. BUT, the driver argued with us and chastised us for at least 5 minutes, causing the entire bus to be delayed. We would have left on time had he simply done his job, and just helped us instead of being upset and blocking the entrance to the bus as he called us names.
We are writing this review to warn other travelers to give yourselves ample time, to avoid the impatient, incredibly insensitive, and rude employees of this company. In fact, we recommend booking with some other transportation company all together. Simply put, we were stunned by the rudeness of this driver.
On a positive note, the bus was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the drive was beautiful.
