...Bus kam mit 1 Stunde Verspätung in München an und die Anzeigetafel zeigte die verkehrte Richtung an.Man konnte sich nirgends informieren (die auf dem Online-Ticket aufgedruckte Hotline hatte nur Freizeichen und keiner meldete sich). Ich wäre beinahe schon heimgefahren und hätte mein Auto genommen. Der pauschale Hinweis "bitte für Fahrdetails vor Ort fragen" funktioniert nicht, wenn vor Ort niemand ist, weil der Bus noch nicht da ist. Bei der Rückfahrt gab es andere Probleme (siehe eigener Eintrag von mir dazu), aber zumindest war dort aufgrund der Abfahrt um 14:50 Uhr glücklicherweise die Filiale der CRNJA-Tours offen, wo ich dann auf Nachfrage um ca. 15:15 erfuhr, dass wir aufgrund der Verspätung des Busses per Shuttle zu diesem hingefahren werden. Für die Nachtfahrt, die hier bewertet wird, hätte ich mir zumindest gewünscht, dass die "Hotline" dann auch erreichbar ist.
