“we got left behind by the bus!!!”

Value for money
Comfortable ride
The bus arrived early in Prague (I'm not sure it's not out of spite, however...) and there's a movie playing.
1) the bus was late by nearly a whole hour, and the pick-up location was outdoors so we FROZE (it was about 0 degrees and really windy)! 2) three out of four of us got left behind at a stop at a petrol station in the morning!! It was so unbelievable... The bus driver couldn't have at least done a head count before heading off? Thank goodness one of our friends was still on the bus -- all of our passports and belongings were still there! She asked the bus driver to turn back or to wait for us at the next stop, but the driver was completely unsympathetic and even rude to her. In the end, we had to hitch a ride with a kind couple all the way to Prague; who knows what may have happened otherwise. So much stress and unhappiness, completely unnecessary for a trip like this.
