| I have bought quite a few tickets through GetByBus without a problem until this ticket. I was going from Zagreb to Sofia and, come to find out, I bought a ticket through a partner company (Union Ivkoni) that had no offices at the Zagreb bus station, therefore, nobody working at the bus station knew anything at all about where I would get on the bus. I found out later by having Union Ivkoni directly contact the bus driver that it would not come to a platform but in front of the Zagreb bus station on the street. I was really concerned about whether this bus would truly show up as nobody at the Zagreb bus station even knew this company but I trusted the people at the Union Ivkoni number and "went with it." Well...ultimately...the bus did show up almost 2 hours late and didn't park at all in front of the taxi area. The bus was totally packed and it smelled bad and was dirty! I was really disappointed! |
