| The bus was 3 hrs late, no toilet inside the bus, next 3 hrs of travel we bin stopping in the other city for pickup the other passengers neither has toilet service or get some food , some ppl had to go pee in the bushes, stuffs doesn’t speak English |

| The drivers were arrogant, delaying passengers necessary. Not organized at all. Instead of polite way of communication with passengers they rather insult. |

| I have no place to enjoy of the trip anymore |
| The travel was the most terrible and worst than everything before. It was like a horror movie of Stephen King. The bus is late with 9 hours. They forgot to took me from the bus station and i was waiting on the street more than 40 minutes. If you have opportunitie never travel with Union Ivkoni |

| Leider konnten wir diese Reise, wegen dem dämlichen Virus ja nicht antreten. Doch die Kommunikation mit Euch war sehr, sehr gut. Und 2021 versuchen wir es dann erneut. Mit Glück erwischen wir dann auch eine Tour durchgehend nach Istanbul. Vielen Dank |

| I was supposed to go to Varna but the driver never went to the central station in Varna. He just dropped off the other driver in the outskirts of the city. When I asked him he went blank. He didn't even know there was a passenger for Varna. He never looked at the list. Then he dropped me off at a remote location at night and told me that I could take the bus from there . Surprise, surprise, there was no bus from there. |
