Hoe verzamelen we recensies?
Elke recensie wordt achtergelaten door gebruikers die een ticket hebben gekocht bij GetByBus en uit de eerste hand ervaring hebben met reizen met een specifiek busbedrijf. Recensies op GetByBus worden op twee manieren geverifieerd: klanten ontvangen ofwel een e-mail met de melding “Laat een recensie achter” na het gebruik van onze service, of ze dienen handmatig een recensie in. In het geval van het laatste is de ticketcode verplicht en ons team controleert de authenticiteit van de code om de recensie te verifiëren.

Behagelig og stille tur.
Bussjåfør nr. 2 og 3 var veldig hyggelig og kom med tydelige og klare opplysninger om praktiske ting underveis og hvor mye vi var forsinket og litt om hvorfor. Toalettet var svært trangt og luktet ille. Det var heller ikke vann til å vaske hendene etterpå.
Den første bussjåføren opplyste lite og det han sa ble bare oppfattet som momling.

sjåføren hadde for det første dårlig språklig uttalelse, for det andre klarte ikke å orientere om hvorfor vi ikke kom i gand og for det tredje at det ikke var barnesete i bussen enda det var bestilt. Vi kom av gårde over en halv time forsinket. Derfor spurte jeg høflig sjåføren om han kunne gjøre et ekstra stopp i holdeplassen Slottsbron der jeg bor. Det ble kontant avvist og jeg ble pent nøtt til å bli med til Karlstad. Det sårer meg at han kunne vente i over en halv time i Oslo men, siden vi var så forsinket, ikke kunne spandere 1 min på meg.

On August 22, 2023, I traveled with the Bus4You company between Stockholm and Oslo. However, my satisfaction was greatly diminished due to the behavior of the last driver. While the journey itself was comfortable, the driver's attitude had a negative impact on our experience.
During boarding, the first driver did not communicate seat numbers, which led us to take the seats indicated on our tickets. As we approached the last station, a couple approached us, stating that they had also booked the same seats. The driver had to intervene to check our tickets and asked us to change seats without a clear explanation. His tone was condescending and impolite, giving the impression that we had deliberately chosen those seats.
I'm not certain if there was overbooking or seat reassignment on this trip, but the behavior of the last driver left an unpleasant impression of our experience with Bus4You. I'd like to note that I'm not aware of the laws in Sweden or Norway regarding the use of hands-free kits while driving. However, seeing the driver talking on the phone using an earpiece was concerning, as it could affect their concentration and potentially lead to a serious accident.

Sjåføren kjørte hensynsfullt, sikkert og godt. Særlig ved "humper" i veien.

They did not wait for us, wrong time departure in ticket

We are Sandra and Victor
, we arrived at the Asane bus terminal at 10 to 5 pm (10 minutes before 5 in the evening) and we for our surprise saw the bus driver to Stryn leaving the terminal. Our bus tickets said the time for departure from Asane bus terminal was at 5:04 pm. But the bus driver, just left without us being 10 to 5 pm. (14 minutes before departure time in our tickets!)
Can someone explain me, how is this possible? I have three proofs
1. Our bus tickets saying 5:04 pm Bergen-Stryn.
2. A photo of me taken at the bus stop O in Asane terminal (Bergen) as a price I was there at 5:04 and no bus was there. Another taken 10 minutes before at 4:50. When bus was actually driving away without us!!!! In front of our eyes.
3. An email confirmation of the schedule from your company. That says time departure 5:04 pm.
With all these proofs I wait that you can provide me a solution.
Not only this, they replied saying I was at the wrong departure spot (since it departures from platform G) well, it is NOT true cause the day after we took exactly the same bus and it was departing from platform O, exactly the same platform where we were waiting the day before.
They don’t want to give us back our ticket money, so they try to make us believe we were at the wrong spot. We have proofs of this too. I don’t like the treat and how they are not taking the responsabitity to give us back the money from (at least) the tickets, since it was entirely their fault to communicate us wrong the time of departure. Also, even if we were at the “wrong” platform as they said, which in that day and the following day was O (as was saying on the screens of the station and by the information drivers themselves, since we had to ask) they should have been departing at 5:04 pm and Not at 4:50 pm. As they did,
Third and lastly, they did NOT wait for us as the company says they do (for 1 or 2 minutes) if they have the names of the people who have purchased. That is Simply NOT TRUE cause we saw them leaving right before our eyes) and yes, from platform O. As they did the next day, that we were waiting at the same O platform. The only one that provides time and that gives the info of the bus direction. To Olden (Stryn) express buss.
Lastly, we had to pay an EXTRA night accommodation in Bergen last minute because of them. So they should take entire responsibility.
