Recensies op GetByBus worden op twee manieren geverifieerd: klanten ontvangen ofwel een e-mail met de melding “Laat een recensie achter” na het gebruik van onze service, of ze dienen handmatig een recensie in. In het geval van het laatste is de ticketcode verplicht en ons team controleert de authenticiteit van de code om de recensie te verifiëren.

I reserved (at an additional cost) seat 1D on the 07:45 bus from Nice Airport to Genoa on January 14th. When I tried to take my seat the driver told me to go to a different seat. He was totally dismissive and disinterested. There was a second driver on the bus and he wanted this second driver to sit there so they could chat. The second driver had just finished his shift and was travelling onward to Genoa. The treated me like a two year old child. The were so dismissive and couldn't care less. When I wrote to you I recied a stock answer apologising that another passanger took my seat (it wasn't another passanger) and I got a £5 voucher code. I don't want a voucher, I want a proper apology and a phone call acknowledging what happened. And to make it worse, this is the second time it happened. Same journey, same humiliation. The Italian driver was the main culprit. The one that just finished his shift. He should not be let near a customer.
