Despite some negative reviews, we found the Sarajevo-Medugorje bus to be fine. We arrived in Medugorje a few minutes later than the schedule, but, that was caused my many passengers picking up the bus from the side of the road instead of the bus terminal. The bus left the terminal on time. Definitely good value for the money....We felt the bus driver was too distracted in driving at times. He used his cell phone several times, and had a animated conversation with a passenger who sat next to him in the front taking his eye off the road. He had to make rather abrupt corrections on where the bus was going.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
...I've traveled all around the world, but his was bad. Driver was a bad and mean person, not helping at all, yelling all time. I was traveling with my parents, they are 75, he didn't want to open the bathroom on the bus, my dad has a problem with his blader, the driver didn't care, and the next stop he shouted at us, and finally let my father get off the bus to go to the bathroom, and merely gave us 3 minutes, he almost leaves with out us. Everything in his own language. But of course, when he was charging the fee for the baggage, then he suddendly speaks English. We took the bus from Sarajevo to Medjugore on the 12th january, and back on the 14th january, both with the same driver. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
