preis-/leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend...es wurde eine liste geführt, welche vertauscht wurde. deshalb mussten wir sehr lange warten. nebenbei hatte der bus verpsätung und wir hatten fast nocht für alle einen sitzplatz. dies sollte in zukunft verhindert werden.

The fare is cheap, and the bus is in relatively good condition and comfortable enough. There is free wi-fi which is nice, and plenty of stops....The bathroom was broken on our bus, and the company overbooked (on both of our buses there and back) seats so that at each stop we were delayed explaining to groups of people (with tickets mind you) that they would not be allowed on the bus. In fact, there were even police called to settle a dispute between a customer (with a ticket) and the bus driver after he interfered with our departure. Additionally, the buses were consistently late (arriving and departing), and this caused us to miss our connections. Some of the delays were due to the passport control on the route, but this should at least be reflected in the time on our tickets so we know what to expect. As it was, our 10 hour ride ended up taking 14 hours, both there and back.
