“Unhappy with initial service”

| I had booked and reserved two seats on getbybus to the airport at 16.15. On the 16th Feb last. my husband and I arrived at the recommended 30 mins beforehand. When the bus arrived at centrum we were told by the driver that our name wasn't on the list of passengers and there was no available seat for us. We had to wait in the cold for the next bus at 16.55. We were very unhappy and anxious about this as we were on our way to catch our flight from airport. If we had known that the bus would be overbooked like this we would have booked a taxi. We are unlikely to recommend your service as it was too unreliable for us. Regards Margaret and John Foley |

| The bus is so central to hotels near Palace of culture and science it makes travelling to airport very easy. The bus was there at time stated and no problems boarding. Friendly person checked tickets and the driver was excellent. If ever going to Warsaw again I will book return tickets as it takes the worry out if the travelling. |

| Io prima di partire ho chiesto se nel caso perdessi il bus all'orario prestabilito posso prendere il prossimo bus? Non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Non siete in grado di darmi una semplice risposta! |
