      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      I had payed extra prior for the cancellation option, and at the end I needed to refund the ticket. I tried to refund the ticket on time, but after I clicked to refund it the ticket app just gave all the time an error message. Total scam. Because of this I will be never travelling with you again and I recommend everyone to use a more safe bus option where such scams do not happen.

      Fab new double decker coach. Plenty of space. Driver didn't insist on charging for luggage when there was space to take it on board

      Buchungsvorgang war unkompliziert.
      Am Busbahnhof waren noch zusätzlich 2 KM (ca. 1 Eur) fällig. Mit dem QR-Code hatte ich keinen Zugang zu den Busgleisen; erst am Schalter wurde mir ein Stück Papier ausgedruckt, mit dem ich durch die Schranke zu den Gleisen kam und dies dem Fahrer dann vorzeigte. Eigentlich sollte der Preis bei getyourbus alle Gebühren umfassen.
