On my ticket, there was a precise lat/long for where the bus is supposed to stop in Plitvice. Officers in the park, told me it is a wrong place to stay and I should go in the highway. I went there and made a call to the customer service. They were very helpful, and I was happy with their responsiveness, however, they told me I should go back to that lat/long and that is the only way they guarantee that I get the bus. I went back to the lat/long and again the officers told me that they know this issue and I need to go to the highway. I did that and I realized they were right. The bus only stopped in the highway and not in the location in the ticket. So, I think you need to either change the lat/long on the ticket or tell the driver to also stop at the designated location, because I could easily miss the bus.
