      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Night bus ticket seat reservation not respected by a very unrespecful bus driver

      Blablabus drivers do not respect the ticket seat reservations in the front row as the claim is for them. They show very little experience. The bus has issues and needed to be changed.
      Blablabus allows to reserve bus seats with an extra charge. Front seat cost double. Even if you have paid for your ticket and a seat reservation, the driver will decide that you don't have the rights to seat on it. This is what happened to me. I had my seat reservation and pre confirmed it before going on the bus. Seat 1E. When the driver saw me in my seat, he claimed the seat was for himself. He said this shouting through the bus and adding that I had no rights to avoid the rest of the drivers. There was another row available 1A and 1B, initially also reserved for them. This is what I've seen in other companies as Flixbus. After some discussion we were allowed to move in that row with less space. The situation was very uncomfortable, unpolite and unprofessional. For several times I tried to explain my ticket reservation, the bus driver did not listen and he shouted over the bus that I did not want the drivers to take a rest. At Zaragoza, 10 people came in, again issues with seats reservations as again, they were not respected. There was no control by the drivers, something they did not care. In addition, bus was one hour late, not clean, bad smell, and even the drivers did not know the way driving out from Madrid. The bus had technical issues at Toulouse and had to be changed. I strongly recommend never to use BLABLABUS. REALLY NOT WORTH IT if you don't want to risk your life.

      Meine zweite Buchung, ich dachte, ich versuche es noch einmal...falsch gedacht:) Strecke Toulouse - Paris - Köln. Ankunft in Paris 3 Std zu spät, meine Weiterfahrt nach Köln wird gecancelt. Dafür bucht irgendein Schlaubi Schlumpf vom Kundenservice ungefragt mir ein Ticket nach Brüssel und empfiehlt mir für die Weiterfahrt ein Ticket für 20 € bei Flixbus zu kaufen. Entschädigung:16 €. Also stehe ich morgens.in Paris und kann mir eine Weiterfahrt suchen. Leute, geht zu Flixbus! Besserer Service, Zuverlässigkeit und hier ist im Winter wenigstens die Heizung an.
