      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      The respect for the timetable. There was some delay, but minimal.
      I would have liked personally adjustable airflow and the possibility to charge my smartphone.

      Free wifi after crossing Serbian border, clean bus with many rubbish bags. Depending on your seat it’s quite spacious and windows are clean in some parts.

      Autobus uopste nije dosao na autobusku stanicu uz izgovor da nema mesta u autobusu iako smo imali unapred rezervisane i placene karte. Ni prevoznik ni agencija preko koje su uzete karte nista nisu preduzeli po tom pitanju.

      The bus was delayed, so the departure was not on time. It was like 30 minutes delay. Also I was not enter Serbia, so I had to come back to Prishtina. If I had known it, I wouldn't have bought a ticket.

      Ticket makkelijk te boeken. Busreis verliep vrij soepel, Hooguit 15 minuten vertraging.
      Geen reactie op mijn vraag en foto van de standplaats of ik op de juiste plek langs de weg sta waar de minibus stopt.

      Online booking Bus on schedule to start and finish.
      A lot of seats would not recline or if already reclined they would not shift to the upright position. The bus wasn't crowded so we managed.
