How do we collect reviews?

Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

Get by bus charged 12€ the ticket at the bus station is 7€. I booked mobile tickets and had to pay 2€ extra charges for printouts

Timely
Disappointed that there was an unexpected additional 2€ charge per person at the bus station and then another 2€ charge per each luggage. In the end the price for 2 adults and 2 children was 80€ for the trip, could have rented a taxi for just 20€ more.

Easy way to get from Montenegro to Croatia

Easy to book and after on board and the border check everything went smoothly.
The bus was over one hour late on departure and no way to get information when it will arrive. Since there are no designated places we had to go through the bus to find seats. Two seats were wet because of leaking aircondition. Overall the bus was not very tidy.

No effort and no help for tourists He gave me a pat on the shoulder to send me to print the ticket at the bus station even though I clearly showed that I had bought a mobile ticket and that I wouldn't print anything at all so he was not happy Phone while driving

Bus was on time.
There was no air con and it was a hot day, so the whole hour-long journey was uncomfortable. The driver was generally a safe driver but when other dangerous drivers were over taking and coming towards us, he made almost no attempt to slow down to avoid a collision and we came within a couple of feet of a crash. Also, we paid extra for the flexible ticket option but when we went to change the ticket time for our return, we got a message saying that because we'd already completed the first leg of our journey, we had to contact customer support but we didn't have time to go through that process. It should be much quicker and easier to change.

- COmfortable seats - Good priced tickets
- E-Ticket is a joke and was forced to print ticket at the station, cost me €2 - Chain smoking driver, as per usual in Montenegro - Whole buss smelled like stale air, dust and cigarettes - Driver left 1 minute earlier, also seems to be a common thing.

- Free Wi Fi with easily accessible password - Easy to find
- Had to print ELECTRINIC ticket because they don't use QR codes, there's 0 reasons to keep using whatever caveman system need to rip off chunks of tickets to keep them for whatever accountability while whoever buys passage on other stops doesn't get a ticket. - Paid toilets - Everyone, including staff, smokes everywhere

Bus was later Staff at bust station were rude and unhelpful. Refused to speak e glish even though they could. Despite purchasing E tickets, they demand a printed ticket. Luckily I had ready this on a previous review and did so I'm advance. Toilets were disgusting! And why is there a 2 euro charge to use the bus station? Also find the constant smoking allowed in public places unpleasant.
