The taxie after I got to Mostar was a little stressful a long walk

They left us stranded for 5 hours with a broken down bus on the Bosnian countryside in 35 degrees heat with no information or apology. No refunds and the servicedesk lied to Getbybus so they wont have to refund.

The ride itself is really nice, but what you're riding here is not. It was a true nightmare ride
Non-functioning air-conditioning. Hot, sweaty and smelly people. Pretty full bus. Large part of the windows were dirty and spoiled the view. Lack of seat belts (several broken). At the border it took very long, - 1 h 30 min+. The bus driver turned of the engine and left the bus for some time to heat even more. The highest risk is ending up on a crowded bus next to someone smelly. I highly recommend other options than this company. Don't go by this bus. It is not worth it.

Das wir überlebt haben
Der Fahrer hat trotz lautem Geräusch nicht bemerkt, dass sich der rechte Hinterreifen gelöst hatte. Als wir dann endlich anhielten waren bis auf eine Schraube alle anderen abgefallen. Das nachfolgende Krisenmanagement inkl. Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe und wir mussten fast 4 Stunden auf einen Ersatzbus ohne Klima warten.

Meine zweite Buchung, ich dachte, ich versuche es noch einmal...falsch gedacht:) Strecke Toulouse - Paris - Köln. Ankunft in Paris 3 Std zu spät, meine Weiterfahrt nach Köln wird gecancelt. Dafür bucht irgendein Schlaubi Schlumpf vom Kundenservice ungefragt mir ein Ticket nach Brüssel und empfiehlt mir für die Weiterfahrt ein Ticket für 20 € bei Flixbus zu kaufen. Entschädigung:16 €. Also stehe ich morgens.in Paris und kann mir eine Weiterfahrt suchen. Leute, geht zu Flixbus! Besserer Service, Zuverlässigkeit und hier ist im Winter wenigstens die Heizung an.

Unpleasant experience. The driver was not aware of danger he was putting the travelers. Using the mobile phone is strictly prohibited when driving!!!! He was even replacing his phone from one hand into another leaving the bus to drive on its own for couple of seconds. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you don’t have another solution.

Autobus je čist i uredan.
Osoblje je neprofesionalno do krajnjih granica,vozac rijetko kada poštiva ograničenja. Autobus je kasnio 15minuta,da bi vozac na prvoj sljedećoj stanici (Kolodvor u Širokom Brijegu) nonšalantno izasao u kafic po kavu i zapalio cigaretu bez obzira na prijašnje kašnjenje.Kašnjenje pokušava smanjiti brzom i blago rečeno rizičnom voznjom pretječući 2 osobna automobila koja voze po ograničenju.Tjerajući autobus kroz krivine kao da vozi brdsku utrku u Buzetu sa Lanciom delta integrale,a ne autobus pun putnika. Katastrofa!
