Bus was really nice, almost new. The driver was very friendly, but his English was not the best.
Comfort was Ok, but not like a train, but i guess that is just how a bus ride is :-)

The driver apologized for the delays and was where helpful when loading the luggage in Madrid
The people making the schedules should do a better job, there was so much traffic, so absolutely no chance for the driver to follow the timetable!

We almost arrived on time
As the driver did not speak English I almost missed the bus as he did not understand my online ticket. The driving also used his phone while driving, i do not find that safe!

The bus arrived on time, so we could continue the travel to our accommodation as planned.
Bus could have had maybe one more break on the way, although that would mean it would arrive late

overall the trip was fine, and driver was polite
There was a lot of traffic which caused the delay, so maybe they should adjust their timetable.
