By far, the WORST experience I ever had with a bus company. The actual bus is ok, internet not working of course, but you pretty much get the same bus with every company out there. The problem with them is the non-existent customer service. I forgot my jacket on the bus in July 2018, in an empty bus and realised it literally 5 minutes after I got off the bus. So the jacket was still there if only they could offer what other company's do; a phone number to call! Of course, there is no phone number and there is no email. Only a form you can complete online, a form that none will read and only give you the impression that "we are working on it". I complete it, I completed another one a week later and of course, none ever replied! I even twitted them but I again they said "complete the form". I completed a complaints form, that is only out there to make you feel better because, guess what, none ever gets back to you! This company is a joke, more expensive than others and definitely a very bad experience. Do not book with them!
