Even that the bus stop working for some problems, the company manage to send me to Ulcinj even that it was late and miss my business meeting...The bus driver in Zagreb charge me 4 euro for the bag saying that he did not have exchange to give me.

Worked well in reality but a little confusing

Every thing work very well as soon as I was on the bus. A little more information about bus changes and boarder controls would have been nice but the info I got sufficed at least. I got help with what bus to swich to....Toilet was not available onboard the buses, which was disapointing. There were toilet breaks along the way but still. Also, even though the ticket worked well when I showed it to the bus driver nobody at the Zagreb recognised my ticket or could tell me which bus or plattform I was leaving from, not even Croatia Buses own info desk, even if I had bought the ticket from their webpage. But it all worked out well in the end.

The bus was late.. missed my bus to Shkoder as a result, had to stay in a hostel and missed the reservation in Shkoder.. paid extra money for the bus ride in effect... would have been good the the bus had internet so I could try to cancel my reservation in Shkoder and saved money. and the Drivers drive a bit too fast around the curve of the high sheer faced mountains!

the view.. and air conditioning....bus was two hours late.. missed bus to Shkoder.. had to pay extra money to stay in Ulcinj and lost reservation in Shkoder. the was no internet. Drive drove way too fast around corners in mountains.. was scary when the mountain face is sheer.
