| Cheap tickets. |
| 3 different buses instead of one,and bad comunication between the drivers of the different buses that caused some problems for the customers. Like no more seats left in the 3rd bus from Rijeka to Pula,and angry drivers when you could not give them the ticket they asked for because the driver of the first bus kept it..damaged seats and cooling system. |

| Die Sitze waren komfortabel und der Preis war sehr gut. Das Personal war aber, trotz mangelnder englischkenntnisse, nett. |
| Die Busfahrer könnten leider nicht wirklich Englisch (oder Deutsch) sprechen, was manche Situationen etwas erschwert hat. Außerdem hatte der Bus bei der Ankunft 20 min Verspätung. |

| No air condition on the bus: it was broken and although we could have had changed the bus in Zagreb coming from Graz, we had to carry on our trip with a bus without air c.. And outside it had 30 degrees!!! The drivers and the whole organization seemed quite confused, especially in Zagreb because the passengers needed to split up for Split/Zadar(Dalmatian) and the Istrian side (Pula, Rovinj). The information given was confusing, contradictory (we need to change the bus/we should stay in the bus from Austria) and the drivers' English was almost non-existent. Information was almost only given in Croation and if you think that the tour starts in Bratislava, going through Austria, the staff should be able to speak English. There was also no toilet on the bus which meant that we stopped from time to time; once almost two passengers were forgotten at a stop... All in all, I cannot recommend CRNJATOURS. Improve organization, make sure that facilities/air c work!!! |
