Long ride

The connection between Zagreb and Villach is not very common, therefore I was pleased to find this rout available with Črnja tours. Expected duration, price, and service provided were satisfying. In comparison to other means of transportation, the bus is the most economical one....Expected duration for the distance was acceptable but due to a significant delay at the beginning of the journey (about 40min), long wait at the border and later due to construction work on the road I have arrived 2 hours later than scheduled. Although the bus had chargers they were not working. I suggest working on the reliability of the service.

Guten Tag, das Busunternehmen "Crnja Tours" hat den Halt in Villach nicht eingehalten. Wir konnten den Bus zur vorgegebenen Zeit nicht besteigen. Die Räder des Busses sind zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestanden. Beschwerde bei der EU Schlichtungsstelle ist bereits eingebracht. Wir mussten unsere Reise mit anderen Verkehrsmitteln antreten. Es sind uns Kosten in der Höhe von €152 entstanden. Bis zum heutige Zeitpunkt gab es keine Rückmeldung des Busunternehmens. Sollte die Einbringung der zusätzlichen Kosten sich weiter verzögern, werde ich meinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten !
